Check your ticket against the official results — you can use the Number Search on this site, then verify with the operator before celebrating.
Claim within the deadline
Winning tickets must generally be claimed within 6 months of the draw date. After the deadline, prizes are forfeited.
Where to claim
Smaller prizes can usually be claimed at any outlet of the operator that issued the ticket. Larger prizes are paid at the operator's regional office or headquarters. Bring your original winning ticket and your identity document (MyKad/NRIC).
Protect your ticket
The physical ticket is your only proof. Keep it dry and unmarked — damaged or altered tickets can be rejected. Sign the back of the ticket after buying if the operator allows it.
